How do credits work?

1 credit = 1 email sent. Every month you get 250 free credits, which are used first; after that, purchased credits are used, starting with those that expire first. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months and we’ll remind you 15 days before they expire.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Before every send we tell you how many credits you need: if you don’t have enough, the campaign doesn’t go out and you can top up in a minute. Automations wait and resume on their own as soon as you buy more credits. No automatic charges.

How many contacts can I have?

Up to 20,000 active contacts are included: subscribed contacts and those still to confirm count; unsubscribed ones don’t. If you have more, add a pack: +50,000 contacts cost €19 for 12 months, with no automatic renewal.

Can I switch from Mailchimp or MailerLite?

Yes. Export your contacts to CSV or Excel and import them in minutes, fields included. Import your unsubscribe list too: those contacts will be excluded for good.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes: your emails go out in the name of your domain, not Gmail or Yahoo. We show you the DNS records to publish and check for ourselves when they go live.

Are you GDPR compliant?

We use servers in the European Union, record proof of consent for every subscriber and provide a data processing agreement. For your contacts, you’re the controller and we’re the processor.

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe, only when you buy a pack: no subscription to cancel and no automatic renewal.

Why do you review new accounts?

Because everyone’s emails go out from the same infrastructure: keeping spammers out protects the delivery of yours.
